What would Jesus do?

What indeed.

I think it might be more helpful to ask ourselves "What would my Dad do".

At least we would have a reasonably good idea what dear old Dad would have done, and we could confidently factor this information into our decision, based of the esteem in which we held the old bloke, and either do it or do the exact opposite.

But to make a decision based on hand-me-down versions of what a possibly-mythical deceased individual who may or may not have existed a few thousand years ago may or may not have done is pure folly.

If you can't make up your mind, toss a bloody coin, for Christ's sake.
