A picture is worth a thousand words and probably your life savings.

OK. I am quite happy to conceded that copyright infringement laws have got me terrified.
I really enjoy finding relevant images to illustrate and complement the topic of each of my little essays.
I regard them as an essential component of each blog. And as you may have noted before, my crappy writing needs all the help it can get.

Unfortunately I am not always able to find relevant images amongst my own photographs (as you have no doubt already surmised as you wonder WTF a photo of a cabin in the boondocks of the Clarence Valley hills has to do with this post), and I am so shit-scared of being sued by some copyright lawyer from the USA that I am thinking of taking up knitting in place of blog writing.

I will endeavour to publish photos with my blogs, relevant or otherwise, that are not at risk of copyright infringement.

So stand by for a selection of assorted family snaps from Australia and Scotland.
